![]() Years later, the Virginia Department of Education decided to combine the two programs in order to “fully embrace online education,” and Virtual Virginia was born. This program, known as the Virginia Satellite Education Network (VSEN) would later add web-based delivery to its offerings, which would become known as the Virtual Virginia Advanced Placement School.
